If you would like to purchase our Roku package, then please follow the instructions below:
1. If you don’t have an account at LiveChannels.TV, then please visit http://livechannels.tv/home/signup and enter your details. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Next” button to proceed with payment.
2. Select the payment method you would like to use. Click on the “Load More” button to see more payment options.
3. Click on the “Credit Cards” option if you would like to pay with your bank card. You may need to click on the “Pay with Credit Cards” button if it appears.
4. Fill in your Credit Card details & click on the “Pay” button. Please note, you could be asked to verify your security if your card has password or OTP setup for online transactions.
5. Please allow some time for the system to verify your payment.
6. You will see a “Thank You” page if your transaction gets approved. Please click on the “Continue to website” button to return to our website.
If your payment gets rejected then please try another payment option or use another Credit Card. Please note – you will have to make payment from the same country which your bank card was registered and your details should match.
After purchase, please visit http://livechannels.tv/link/ to activate our service on your Roku device. Please note – all instructions are listed on the Activation page to get our service activated within 2 minutes of purchase.
We offer refund if you contact us within 30 minute of purchase. Contact us at email@example.com
To get FREE 1 month Roku subscription, you will have to invite 3 of your friends to our service & they will need to purchase our Roku package. To claim your FREE 1 month Roku subscription, you will have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email ID of your registered friends. We will then add FREE 1 month Roku subscription to your account if your friends have purchased our Roku package.
No, our subscriptions are not contract based, so you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Please note – We don’t have automatic monthly recurring payment system available which means you will have to renew your Roku subscription manually once it expires. Your access to our Roku app will be removed
Please note – We don’t take payments automatically from your bank, therefore you will need to renew your subscription manually once your subscription expires.
If you wish to extend your subscription for more than a month period, then you will have to purchase our package manually for the number of months you wish to pay for. For an example, if you wish to pay in advance for “3” months, then you will have to visit the registration page at http://livechannels.tv/home/signup and purchase the Roku package for “x3” times.
Your account will get activated immediately after purchase. After purchase, please check your email or visit http://livechannels.tv/link/ to activate our service.

Yes, you can link 2 Roku devices per account as long as they are connected to the same network, else your account will get terminated automatically!
To activate our service on your second Roku device, please visit the activation page (http://livechannels.tv/link/) and follow the same procedure you followed to get our service activated on your first Roku device.
To un-link your Roku device, please visit http://livechannels.tv/unlink/ and follow the instructions.
To renew your subscription, you will need to login to your Live Channels TV account (http://livechannels.tv/home/member) and visit the registration page (http://livechannels.tv/home/signup) to purchase. After purchase, exit and re-open our Roku app – your Roku screen will automatically update & it will allow you to access our channels.
We recommend any Roku from Roku 3 and onwards for better entertainment experience.
Our service is available in any country, so that means you can watch our channels from any continent.
If your channels are buffering, then please restart your Roku device & your internet router, and try again. Please ensure your network is not slow or down by testing your internet speed at http://beta.speedtest.net/. Even if you have high speed broadband , sometimes the connectivity with your server and ours can be affected temporarily based on Network and Traffic during peak hours. Sometimes buffering could happen if your internet signals are weak or when your network contains a lot of traffic. Try connecting your Roku device to the internet via Ethernet cable instead of WiFi.
Some channels contains more than 1 stream, so try using an alternative stream if the other one doesn’t work. If your channels are still buffering, then please contact us at email@example.com and let us know with which specific channels you are having issue with.
